We went down to the Farmers Market in our neighbor hood-I am so excited that they are having one here it's so convenient for fresh veggies-grown right here! (without pesticides might I add!) We came home with sweet potatoes, garlic and eggplant. We were also able to try different types of veggies that I wasn't familiar with. We came home & made Egg Plant Parmesan which was very good!If anyone has any produce to sell you are also welcome to set up a table! The Parks from our ward had tons of excellent squash & cucumbers! Please come & support this wonderful event!
