I ordered a huge 40lb block of Mild Cheddar Cheese, if anyone is interested you can buy it by the pound from me for $2.25 a pound. I have some already shredded or you can have it in big blocks. It's wonderful 100% cheese & tastes amazing! (Next time peek at your cheese ingredients-like anti-caking agents & colorings! yuck!)I separate mine into quart freezer bags and stick it in the freezer to use all year.
