INTERNET PROVIDERS

I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for a good internet provider. We are with Qwest right now, but it just seems so expensive for what we get. I want to shop around, but really don't know what my options are for this area. Thanks!

WE have comcast high speed internet and it's $45. So if you find something cheaper let me know.

We have Mindspring and it comes with a great spam blocker that we love.
