I have a good friend, Susan Bell, whose whole family except for Dad has Celiacs. They have lived on a Gluten Free diet for years. She is an amazing cook and makes the best gluten free rice bread! She just recently released her cookbook, so I now have her amazing bread recipe! :-)
Sorry for the late notice , but Chef Wendy Gauthier is teaching a class tonight. She will demonstrate how to work with and prepare gluten-free products. One of the nice things about the cooking demos at Whole Foods is that there are . . . samples! Learn and eat. Eat and learn!
