We just did www.northpole.com. Santa is supposed to return the e-mail in 3 days (we'll check back tomorrow to see what he says). Or you can pay $3 and personalize a letter from Santa to your child. There are fun games on this site too. And there are 3 stories that you can personalize and read or print out. The boys are really enjoying their books.
You can also just put a letter in your regular mailbox and the post office has a fun service where they write back as Santa. They called one year and asked a few questions about my son to make the letter a little more personal. I don't know if you'd get it back in time if you did it now.
