ACE - Join The Ace Kids Club For Special Birthday Goodies!

Applebee’s - Free dessert and song on your child's or your birthday. No sign up necessary. For kids and adults!

Bookmans - Sign up for the Kids Club at any Bookmans location. Just fill out the form and they'll give you a special Kids Club pouch full of fun stuff, including your official Kids Club card for 10% off every purchase you make with your kids there. Fore kids 14 and under. They mail you a $5 coupon off anything in the store for your child's birthday! For every 10 books read, your children can earn a free book.

Boston Market - Kids 12 and under will receive a birthday coupon good for a free kid’s meal, drink, and dessert at Boston Market.

Burger King - Sign up your child to be a member of Club BK so they can get a free kid’s meal on their birthday.

The Children's Place - Get a free gift for your child's birthday. Current gift is a 15% coupon emailed to you.

Cold Stone Creamery - Cold Stone Creamery will send you an email with a coupon for a free ice cream creation to enjoy for your birthday. The nice part is that the coupon is good for approximately 1-2 weeks. So, you don't have to go on your real birthday. For kids and adults!

Denny’s - Fill in and mail or fax in this form to enroll your child (10 and under) in the Denny’s Kids’ Birthday Club where they will receive a mailed birthday card entitling them to a free kid’s entrée and sundae with an adult entree purchase.

Disneyland - Get free admission on your birthday when you register in advance. You will need to bring the confirmation along with your ID to the park.

Fuddruckers - Join the Fudds Club. This year they emailed me a coupon for a free shake for my birthday. Other years they have gifted a free burger. When you sign up, you can sign up your kids 10 and under as well!

IHOP - Come on into IHOP and get a free song and sundae on your birthday. For all ages!
