Children's Books

I am wondering what your favorite Children's Books are. I can never seem to pick out good books at the library to read to Kayden. We are doing their summer reading program and I need some good ideas.
If you can will you post your top 10 or more favorite children's books? I appreciate your help and ideas!

Well about all that we read are Cars books. However, once in a while Riley lets us read something else. We have a Disney collection that has old Mickey Mouse stories in it. He really likes that too. We also like Richard Scarry and Dr. Seuss books.

Thanks for the ideas! I get frustrated looking for good books at the library. Lately we have been picking a bad bunch :)

Addison loves the Dr. Seuss books and the Bearstein Bear books. My mom also just got her this Fisher Price Ready Reader book and she loves it.

Cherise, anything with written by or with illustrations by Ashley Wolff are wonderful!! She writes and illustrates all my favorite kids books including these titles: "Miss Bindergarten gets ready for Kindergarten", "Only the Cat Saw" (this is an awesome book full of amazing illustrations--if you can't find it at the library come borrow it from me!!!) and "Come with Me." I also love the book "If you Give a Mouse a Cookie." Hope it helps. If you find any great books this summer post 'em. I'm always looking for children's books too.
